General
- Start 10 km – 16:30 CET
- Start 5 km – 16:34 CET
- Location: The large gras area in front of Sjöhistoriska museet on Djurgården, Stockholm.
- RSVP: No later than 9am, 26 April 2024 (the earlier the better however).
- The race is open for both individual entries, and group entries from companies.
- You need to choose your donation to ”Companies for Malawi” – either 500 kr or 1000 kr/participant.
- All income from the race will be going to the charity project ”Companies for Malawi” which raises money for deprived children in that country. To see how much money we have raised over the years, please check the start page
- To see other entered runners, check this link. It can take up to 24h before your name appears in the start list.
- NOTE! Through your participation in Spring För Livet you give approval for your name, result and any photos of you from the race to be published on springforlivet.org and in other places where the race is presented. If you wish any photos featuring yourself to be taken away from the website, please contact Simon Iaffa Nylén.
- Please also give your invoicing address and to whom the invoice should be addressed. The invoice will be sent by Brunswick Real Estate.
